Heater
Universal Electric
Heater is designed to maintain the proper serving
temperature without the need for open flame. The
chafer heater is sized to fit standard fuel cup
openings, and the spring-loaded element maintains full
contact with the water pan for efficient heat
transfer. Lighted switch glows when heater is on (US
model only), and allows you to choose from two power
settings. Each unit comes with an internal automatic
resetting thermostat to prevent over heating and a six foot
long grounded cord. UL listed to U.S. and Canadian
safety standards. CE listed for Europe. Two
heaters are required for full-size chafer. Chafer not
included.
